The client, Kilkenny Borough Council, requires a Consultant Architect or a Consulting Engineer to lead a Design Team for the detailed design and construction of a new pedestrian bridge.This project requires an Architect or Engineer-led design team to provide the following services: Architecture and Project Management, Civil/Structural Engineering and project Management, Archaeology and Ecology for the design and construction phases.The definitive scope of the Design Team Services required is set out in the Instructions to Tenders documents and in the Project Brief.
