Tender description
The Central Statistics Office (CSO) invites to tender for the supply of a SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004 compliant learning management system (LMS) to manage and track all online learning activity within the CSO.The CSO has offices in Cork and Dublin with all offices connected using the Government Network. The CSO operates as a single Windows 2003 domain with a mixture of Windows XP and Windows 7 Client PCs. Lotus Domino is the CSO's groupware and messaging product. Any offering must fit seamlessly with the infastructure as described and this is a requirement of the tender.
