An Garda Síochána invites s for the provision of a Cleaning and Window Cleaning Service at Westmeath Garda Divsion as set out in the specifications in Section 2 of this documentAn Garda Síochána - Ireland's civilian national police service - has its headquarters in the Phoenix Park, on the western side of Dublin City. The general direction, management and control of An Garda Síochána are the responsibility of the Commissioner, who is appointed by the Government. He is responsible to the Minister for Justice & Law Reform who in turn is accountable to the Oireachtas (the Irish Legislature).
