Tender description
The CIB is seeking to appoint a trustee to provide all standard trustee services in respect of the occupational pension arrangements of its deliver partners. These trustee services are expected to include:- Operating each scheme in accordance with its trust deed, the Pensions Act, other relevant legislation and relevant Codes of Practice.- Acting in the best interests of all members.- Overseeing delegated functions including the investment and administration of the scheme.- Ensuring that the trustee annual report is completed and made available to members within statutory timescales.- Holding a meeting each year to review each scheme.
