The Contract involves the provision of archaeological consultancy services required in advance of the construction of the proposed N4 The Downs Grade Separation scheme comprising, Stage (i) Test Excavation and Survey Services and Stage (ii) Pre-Excavation Services and fencing.The location of the required services is on the site of the proposed N4 The Downs Grade Separation scheme, County Westmeath Republic of Ireland. The total area of the Lands Made Available for the Contract is approximately 8.3 hectares.
