Quantity surveying services are being sought for a refurbishment project at Grosvenor Road, Dublin.The approximate floor area of the completed facility will be 300sqm of accommodation, consisting of 213sqm of existing accommodation (only a portion of which is subject to refurbishment and alteration) and 75sqm of new build.
