Tender description

The Council invites tenders for the establishment of a framework agreement in respect of the Councils passenger transport requirements. Key users of the framework are Special Educational Needs (SEN), mainstream home to school and Social Services. The Framework is accessible to all service users across the Council and has been divided into specific ‘lots’ to allow for maximum use across the Council. The Council is seeking to appoint operators who can deliver a reliable, high quality, value for money service for the ongoing provision of the Councils passenger transport needs. It is not possible to specify the exact number of journeys available as this will depend on demands that arise during the framework period.
