LAN speed WAN connectivity between sites and connectivity to Govt Networks (T2)

Tender description

The Health Information and Quality Authority currently has two physically diverse 100mb links from HIQA’s head office in Mahon Cork to the Dublin Regional Office in Smithfield with access to Government networks in each office. The current incumbent providers are Eircom and Imagine. These links current carry data, VoIP and video. There are also two isolated 2mb broadband connections for public access.The Health Information and Quality Authority requires supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of LAN speed WAN connectivity between its sites listed in Appendix D and onwards connectivity to Government Networks from sites identified in Appendix D.A minimum of 100mb WAN connection from office in Mahon Cork to the Dublin Regional Office in Smithfield. The connectivity to Government Networks is to be provided in the Dublin office. The current incumbent for this service is Imagine.
