Tender description
Demolition of existing masonry arch/steel beam/mass concrete bridge, and replacement with a wider integral precast prestressed concrete beam structure with reinforced concrete abutments and wing walls.Horizontal and vertical realignment of existing road for approximately 50m both sides of the bridge.Augmentation of the extent and alignment of the riverbed upstream and downstream of the new bridge structure.Construction of reinforced concrete retaining walls cladded in masonry with stone masonry.Construction of block and stone masonry boundary walls, and stone masonry bridge parapet walls.Installation of drainage and tying in of adjecent property entrances with new road levels.
