Tender description
Essential functions:1. Arrange supply of electronic and print journals from publishing companies2. Supply print copies of journals to HRB when this format is specified3. Provide access to journals in electronic format via supplier’s own ejournal platform and directly from publishers’ websites4. Provide named customer service contact to deal with all queries5. Provide support in configuring supplier’s ejournal platform including customisation6. Negotiate supply of back issues of journal titles when required7. Support integration of ejournals with other platforms including subscription-based bibliographical databases to ensure direct links from citations to full text when journal is library collection8. Provide data on usage of journal titles by HRB staff
