Tender for the design & build of an all weather soccer pitch at Kilbogget Park (Ballybrack)

Tender description

The works comprise of the design and build of a full size soccer pitch to be surfaced in third generation artificial turf, at Kilbogget Park (Coolevin Estate), Ballybrack, Co. Dublin. Works include topsoil strip, subgrade preparation, subbase preparation, drainage, macadam surfacing, shockpad and synthetic surface installation, fencing and lighting. The footprint of an existing tarmadam pitch will be used (approx 40 x 60m) and the new pitch is to be extended to 106 x 66 metres. All surface water drainage shall be retained in SUDs soakaway structures on site. Additional works include pouring an extruded kerb and realignment of an existing path.
