Tender description
SOUTHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL invites applications from suitably experienced firms/organisations who wish to provide a quotation for the delivery of recruitment advertising requirements. The agency selected will be required to place advertisements in the media on the Council’s behalf, advise on advertisement design and content, media selection and penetration, cost effective advertising etc. The advertisements will be placed for recruitment. It is anticipated that the contract will commence in November 2011 and will be for a period of circa 2 years (or up to a maximum value of £99,999.99).
