Clare Trails Animator

Tender description

It is proposed to undertake a sustained programme of animation over a twelve-month period which will help develop and promote a number of key actions highlighted in the County Trails Strategy. This will involve the holding of one Seminar and smaller Workshops and community meetings which will address all of the issues involved in the progression a number of new attractive trails particularly in parts of Clare, where no nationally recognised trails exist. In doing so the animation activity will also identify, plan and source additional LEADER funding for training programmes for the individuals and community groups involved and will also seek to highlight the types of services and facilities which will be required by visitors in each area who will be attracted there to avail of the planned new amenities.
