Tender description
St Fiacc,s House is a single story residential facility for the elderly located in Graigicullen , Carlow . It is proposed to extend the building in two areas totalling 336 m2 to provide an extended dining area and an activity centre.. Minor alterations and reconfiguration of the existing building will be required as part of the works.The works are scheduled to commence in early January 2011 and be completed within a 24 week period.
