TG4 invites tenders for Taxation Consultancy ag TG4, Baile na hAbhann, Co. na Gaillimhe. The period of this contract is for up to 3 years, commencing on 29/08/2011, with the option to extend for a further 2 years by mutual agreement. Please forward details of previous experience,, previous client references and confirm that you will be able to provide relevant insurance cover if selected. A copy of the insurance need not accompany the application. A copy of the insurance will be required if TG4 decides to award the contract to the applicant.Requirements:Corporation Tax Services-Provision of corporation tax compliance services each year involving the preparation and submission of the corporation tax computation and return for the company.-Review of possible research and development credit claim for the company-Ad hoc Corporate Tax QueriesVAT Services-Assistance in relation to the funding received by TG4 and the VAT status of the funding received-Advice in relation to the technical basis for VAT recovery for TG4-Advice in respect of the proposed methodology to be adopted by TG4 in calculating its VAT recovery rate-Assistance with obtaining a full VAT deductibility entitlement for TG4 in respect of specific types of transactions-Advice in relation to the VAT rate arising from the potential change in terms and conditions with suppliers-Attending meetings with Revenue Commissioners and advising on matters arisingIncome Tax Services-Advice in relation to the treatment of payments to a person as an employee or self employed for Irish tax purposes-Advice in relation to Directors PRSI-Advice and assistance with issues of taxation in regard to the company's pension scheme-Ad Hoc PAYE queriesRevenue Audit-Advise and assistance with Revenue AuditsTG4 will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by candidates or tenderers participating in this contract award process.Tenders will be evaluated on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender applying the
