TG4 invites companies to tender for the Administration of a Defined Contribution Pension Scheme for TG4, Baile na hAbhann, Co. na Gaillimhe. The period of this contract is for up to 3 years, commencing on 22/08/2011. Please forward details of previous experience, company history, previous client references and confirm that the company will be able to provide relevant insurance cover if the company is selected. A copy of the insurance need not accompany the application. A copy of the insurance will be required if TG4 decides to award the contract to the applicant.The Teilifís na Gaeilge Defined Contribution Scheme currently has 66 active members and 23 deferred members.Requirements:- Provide an accurate and efficient pension scheme administration service that is compliant with scheme administration requirements as defined by best practice in this area including Pensions Act regulations;- Liaise with Consultant to the Scheme and take instruction from the Consultants to the scheme- Prepare annual benefit statements within 6 months of the commencement of the scheme year- Prepare the Trustees Annual Report within 8 months of the scheme year end- Provide all required data to our consultants in connection with the death in service benefits scheme- Provide any other information to our Consultants, as required- Prepare leaving service and retirement options, as required- Assist members with transfer value requests to/from scheme- Arrange payment of annual Pensions Board fees- Provide on-line web access for members with the facility to tailor to members requirements- Provide regular reports on all aspects of administration from record keeping and benefit calculations to financial management to the Trustees of the scheme.- TG4 expect the service provider to interact effectively when exchanging information and reporting on compliance and service levels.- Provide training as necessary for TG4 HR and other relevant members of staff- Develop a strong working relationship with th
