Multi - Party Framework Agreement for Unscheduled Water Services Works

Tender description

The carrying out of unscheduled Water Services maintenance works to both plant and networks of water and waste water schemes in County Kilkenny. An element of emergency works requiring the mobilization of contractor resources within two hours of notication of notification by the Water Services Section of Kilkenny County Council is included in this requirement.Expressions of Interest received from suitably qualified contracators will be evaluated; it is envisaged that a minimum of five and a maximum of ten contractors will then be asked to submit tenders to include hourly rates for the provision of labour, plant & machinery to carry ot the unscheduled water services works.These rates will be fixed for an initial period of one year and will be retendered annually. It is intended that the Multi - Party Framework Agreement will initially have a duration of two years; subject to review, it may be extended for a further year.
