Tender description
Panel of three organisations to provide services in support of SEAI’s smart metering programme. In particular, these services will be in relation to the statistical analysis and market research requirements associated with the national smart meter customer behaviour trials of gas customers in both the residential and SME sectors. There will also be some residual work required to finalise the electricity customer behaviour trials.
