Office fit-out projects to provide refurbishment of reception areas, cellular offices and meeting rooms together with support facilities in existing space occupied by Fáilte Ireland or new shell and core space under consideration by Fáilte Ireland. Works to the shell and core may include minor alterations and/ or upgrades to associated services.Lot 2 – Tourist Information Offices. For the interior fit-outs of tourist information offices to include the supply and installation of bespoke display units, reception / information desks, feature wall panels, associated signage, and soft furnishings.
