Tender description

Dublin City Council frequently needs to arrange emergency demolition and/or repair works to dangerous buildings, structures or places within it's functional area arising from it's duties under the Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act 1964 as amended. The works are unplanned, emergency works, to all types of buildings,structures or places including protected structures. Such works may include making safe buildings,structures or places as a result of fire, storm, flood, accident, ground subsidence or other means. Buildings,structures or places may be of any type including as stated protected structures.
