Tender description
The EPA invites parties with specialist website knowledge and expertise to carry out a full review of our current website and present a comprehensive report and recommendations to the EPA. This report should outline the steps that the EPA should take to optimise our web content and improve the quality and effectiveness of our online content to achieve the aims of our website as set out below. It should also outline how to address any issues or requirements raised by customers or staff during the review phase.The EPA aims to provide an accessible, informative and usable website with information and publications available in a clear and concise manner ensuring that the site and its downloadable material addresses user needs.
