The construction of a single storey Bull Elephant House within the existing Elephant Habitat in Dublin Zoo, containing an indoor elephant area and a keeper corridor, together with associated fencing and site works and also the re-location of an existing gate in the Dublin Zoo perimeter fence on North Road to a newly formed ope adjacent to the proposed Bull Elephant House.
