The Road Safety Authority proposes to undertake surveys of:-(i) the roadworthiness condition of heavy goods vehicles and trailers;(ii) the roadworthiness condition of buses; and(iii) compliance by heavy goods vehicle drivers withj the EU rules on driving times, breaks and rest periodsFurther details concerning the tender is set out in the Request for Tender
