Supply, Istallation and Maintenance of an Urban Traffic Management and Control (UTMC)System. provision of a central traffic monitoring and control computer system and equiping of a traffic management centre within the city council offices. The system will communicate with and monitor/control on-street equipment including traffic signals, CCTV cameras and variable message signs.
