Delivery of a public sector energy performance measurement and reporting programme. The following are core deliverables: A – Develop and implement a reporting system to collect, interpret, analyse and report on public sector energy consumption for annual reporting purposes as mandated in the NEEAP 2009 and SI 542 of 2009.B - Develop a methodology for measuring, tracking and reporting progress towards the 33% energy efficiency improvement target for 2020, and devise a methodology for determining and assigning energy efficiency targets to public sector bodies and/or sectors.C - For the core deliverables above deliver customer services and project management, and provide expertise for effective management and communication with stakeholders.
