Tender description

BACKGROUND Nottingham University Hospitals’ Pay Services Department have identified a need for a more robust, secure way for payslip delivery. The current payroll system, which is NOT being replaced is called Electronic Staff Review (ESR) and is supplied by McKesson. SCOPE The volume of payslips is around 12,500 per month (150,000 per annum). At the time of going live we will envisage that we will not have any weekly paid staff (currently we have around 750 staff who are paid weekly). The fundamental requirement is for payslips to be supplied on a secure website that is accessible from employees’ homes. We would also require the supplier to provide paper payslips for staff who requested them.
