The Children’s University Hospital would like to invite suitably qualified suppliers to tender for the provision of off site document management.The Childrens University Hospital (CUH) Temple Street requires a first class preferential secure off site data & records management service. CUH is a 150 bed acute Paediatric Hospital servicing a population of 436,000 including Dublin North City and County. The Emergency Department service, with 50,000 attendances per annum, is one of the largest in the country and is the largest Paediatric Emergency Department in Ireland. The CUH Out Patients Department services 60,000 attendances per annum with the hospital in-patient bed days accounting for 30,000 patients per annum.Vendors must have previous experience of document management within a Hospital environment and be fully accredited to international quality standards legislation and regulation.The vendor must have a fully computerised traceability system for all records and capacity for daily and express deliveries and collections plus secure storage facility. Vendors must have ability to stock and control documents in jumbo / banker boxes and have capability to offer lateral storage systems for records as this will be the preferred method for storage for patient charts going forward. Details should be provided outlining how your system(s) operates in terms of storage, tracking, retrieval requests and digital capacity in terms of record management.
