Tender description

The scope of the service contract now being sought includes the supply of Removal and Relocation Services of staff, furniture and equipment into the New Engineering Building (NEB), which is currently nearing construction completion. The required service include the relocation of 90 academic staff, 170 post graduate and post doctoral student, furniture, computers, personal effects, and also the relocation of a large quantity of laboratory equipment. The relocation will occur in 3 phases commencing on 4th April 2011 with phase 2 in Mid May and phase 3 commencing on 7th June 2011.The tender return deadline is March 14th 2011.
