Fáilte Ireland is the National Tourism Development Authority, established by the Irish Government in May 2003 to guide and promote the development of tourism as a leading indigenous component of the Irish economy. Further information on Fáilte Ireland can be found on our website www.failteireland.ieFáilte Ireland requests proposals/tenders to work with approximately sixteen cultural tourism organisations in the capacity of mentor/facilitator. The organisations in question are located within three key cultural destinations around the country.The successful supplier will execute a series of mentoring sessions with the participating businesses on the following topics:1. Measurement of return on marketing investment2. Appraisal of a comparable overseas counterpartIn addition to:- Supporting the participants in revisiting their marketing and business plans and integrating relevant findings from exercises 1 and 2 above- Facilitating an end of year sharing workshop- Collation of the principal findings, in general and by sectorSee Appendix A of the attached Specification doucment for a detailed list of requirements.
