The proposed works at Dublin City University are being procured as two separate projects.Lot 1 - Lot 1 is the refurbishment of an existing restaurant and kitchen and the formation of a newchanging area. The works includes new walls and partitions, new services and adjustments to existingmechanical and electrical services, floor, wall and ceiling finishes and minor structural alterations andfireproofing.Lot 2 Lot 2 is the fit out of an existing space to form new offices including the provision of newpartitions, associated mechanical and electrical services works, minor structural alterations and floor,wall and ceiling finishes together with sundry other repair works.Further information and additional documentation relating to this notice is available on the eTenders Web Site at http://www.etenders.gov.ie
