Tender description

The Department has awarded a concession for the provision and administration of insurance services for the removals of the household effects of staff to a single authorised insurance broker. The selected broker will be responsible for: (i) arranging an appropriate level of cover which will be subject to standardised terms and conditions and claims procedures; and (ii) administering the insurance arrangements for the lifetime of the concession, including the processing of claims.
