N59 Westport to Mulranny: Agronomy/Agriculture & Property Specialist Services

Mayo County Council require Agronomy/Agriculture & Property Specialist Services to assist in the progression of the design of the N59 Westport to Mulranny Road Project through Phase 3 & 4 of the NRA 2010 Project Management Guidelines. The Consultant shall assess the Preferred Route in relation to Agronomy/Agriculture & Property issues, prepare the Agronomy/Agriculture & Property sections for the Environmental Assessment Report, prepare individual landowner reports, prepare a Preliminary Land Acquisition Cost Estimate for inclusion in the Scheme Base Cost and assist the Design Team in preparation for the statutory procedures, oral hearings, judicial reviews where necessary.The services required for the above duties may include :-Prepare Agronomy/Agriculture & Property Specialist Reports for inclusion in the Design (Preliminary Design) Report and EAR/Part 8 Statutory Procedures in accordance with NRPMG 2010.-Preparation of Risk Assessments and Land Cost Estimates in accordance with the Cost Management Manual-Preparation for and attendance at Risk Workshops, Value Engineering Workshop, Peer Review, Oral Hearings, etc, including giving evidence at Oral Hearings.-Consultation with statutory and non-statutory bodies-Liaison with the Design Team including other environmental and technical specialists-Preparation of drawings/mapping for inclusion in the above reports/ processes-Preparation for and participation in the Design Meetings-Preparation of documents suitable for inclusion in the Preliminary Design Report, Environmental Assessment Report, Part 8 Planning Submission-Preparation of general arrangement drawings for inclusion in the above reports/processes- Interaction and consideration of other environmental topics/specialists- Carry out all baseline data collection
