Tender description

The Geological Survey of Ireland (GSI), a division of the Department of Communications, Energy and Natural Resources and situated at Beggar’s Bush, Haddington Road, Dublin 4, issues this Request for Proposals to supply consultancy services to assist them with the delivery of the Tellus Border Project (www.tellusborder.eu).The Tellus Border project funded under INTERREG IVA EU Structural funds, is a continuation of the award winning Tellus project run by the Geological Survey of Northern Ireland (GSNI). The project aims to extend the airborne multi-parameter geophysical and multi element soil and stream geochemical surveys to provide a baseline for environmental monitoring into counties Donegal, Leitrim, Sligo, Cavan, Monaghan and Louth.This tender requests collection of soil samples at c. 3500 sites to specifications outlined in the RFT.
