WPC FRAMEWORK FOR THE PROVISION OF BANKING SERVICES AND MERCHANT CARD SERVICES

Tender description

The City and County of Swansea (the “Council”) invites suitably qualified and experienced organisations to tender for a framework arrangement in conjunction with the Welsh Purchasing Consortium (WPC) for the provision of general Banking Services and Merchant Card Services. The City and County of Swansea are acting as lead authority in terms of this framework arrangement on behalf of the WPC. Basis of the Contract The purpose of this tender document is to put in place a framework for general Banking Services and Merchant Card Services which will be made available to the member Authorities of the WPC. The framework is divided into two lots: • LOT 1 – Banking Services • LOT 2 – Merchant Card Services It is permissable to tender for either Lot 1 or Lot 2 or both Lots.
