Construction of rooms at school

The works shall consist of the demolition of an office /hall area approximately 4.8 meters x 6.72 mm in size and the removal off site of all materials.New buildings and works shall comply of the construction of two resource rooms, an office and a store room at St Joseph’s National School, Mulhussey, Co. Meath.There are renovations to be carried out to parts of the existing school to include the demolition of existing rooms as shown on the drawings and the alterations of the electrical and mechanical fittings on site.The renovations will also consist of re- vamping the area between the new extension and the existing school internally and externally.Hanging new doors and installing structure as shown on the drawings.To include the upgrading of the Mechanical and Electrical systems in the entire school to comply with the Fire Certificate drawings and the disability access drawings.Provision of all electrical , plumbing and building works to Fire drawings to ensure that the school is fully in compliance with the fire regulations and the provision and upgrading of the disability access certificate in providing new ramps and disabled access throughout the building.The construction drawings outline the details of work that has to be carried out
