Tender description
Electrical Refurbishment in a 16 Classroom Primary School including the following:- Decommission and Remove the Existing General Services Installation - The Main Distribution Board is to be retained. Three Sub-distribution boards are to be replaced).- Supply and Install new General Services Installation (wiring, outlets and distribution and c/w containment and all other associated works.- Decommission and Remove all existing General Lighting Installation. (All fittings and wiring and associated works)- Supply and Installation of new general lighting installation c/w wiring EEE rated fittings and lighting controls. (dimming control and daylighting).- Note (The existing emergency lighting system is modern and was installed last year).- Supply and Install a new Class Change and Public Address System- Supply and Install a new 8 camera internal CCTV system c/w full digital recording facility.- Containment standards for all new wiring will be strictly adhered to.- All associated builders works- Supply and Install a new Public Address System
