Tender description

The electrical contractor for this project will take responsibility as the main contractor responsible for all associated work. The successful Tenderer will also be required to act as PSCS for the duration of the Works.The contract involves the replacement of the entire lighting, general services and small power throughout the school. A new fire alarm system and emergency lighting installation shall be provided throughout the school. The building is approx. 1,530m2.The contract period will be six weeks from the start of July till the third week of August 2011 and therefore will involve a large concentration of resources in a short two-month period with the attendant problems of cashflow, management ability, quality, immediate staff availability, insurance and careful treatment of the existing building.
