IDA Business Park Land Valuations 2011-2014

Tender description

It is a requirement of IDA to obtain Professional Valuation advice for purposes of disposal/acquisition/leasing of property and to also obtain general valuation advice with regard to its property function. The current portfolio consists of approximately 29 Land Holdings located nationwide.Two valuers will be appointed by IDA to provide valuations twice annually on circa 29 land holdings. For the First report to be provided in April / May 2011 , all 29 sites will be field valued. On each occasion thereafter, the valuers wiil provide field valuations on 6 sites and desktop valuations on the remaining 23 sites. IDA will obtain valuations for each site from two valuation agents and calculate the average price per site based on the valuations received.Full details are outlined in attached Project Brief titled - IDA Business Park Land Valuations 2011-2014.
