Tender description
The contract involves the sampling and testing of Bituminous Binders from the appointed manufacturers/suppliers of Surface Dressing Binders.There are currently six suppliers involved. Sampling is carried out on specified dates, at the manufacturing facilities, in the period May to September. The manufacturing facilities are based in Dublin, Cork, Galway and Sligo. The Testing House appointed will be expected to sample from the three Dublin suppliers and to arrange, through the appropriate local authority, for the sampling of the three suppliers based outside Dublin.
