Tender description
The contract provides a 3 year right to the Department of Equality & Gaeltacht Affairs to use the AP Forensics® software suite which identifies potential duplicate payments, duplicate suppliers, invoicing errors, and compliance issues in accounts payable data.The contract provides for the following:- 2 licences of the Duplicate Payment Finder module- 2 licences of the Duplicate Supplier Finder module.- 3 year maintenance, support, product updates and access to the Fiscal knowledge base.- Two days on-site training and consultancy for the Departments staff.
