Tender description
The Commission for Aviation Regulation (CAR) is inviting expressions of interest from practising Public Relations Consultants for the provision of Public Relations/ Communications Policy services. The contract will be for circa 200-250 hours of consultancy as and when required during the year.The role is primarily an advisory one assisting the Commissioner, Heads of Function and other members of staff in the delivery of appropriate messaging in connection with the work and responsibilities of CAR.Consultants must have appropiate media experience and should be able to offer insights into media handling. Experience of dealing with public sector organisations in addition to significant consumer issues is essential.Information on the work of CAR can be obtained from its website www.aviationreg.ie
