Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council invites tender submissions in relation to the provision of servicing and cleaning of public sanitary conveniences in the County.FACILITY SPECIFICATIONPublic Sanitary Conveniences (PSCs) are sited in the Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown area at the following locations:- Seapoint Beach- People’s Park, Dun Laoghaire (including disabled toilet)- Vico Road, Killiney- Killiney Beach (including disabled toilet)- Shanganagh Cemetery- Deansgrange Cemetery (2 sets)- Marlay House, Marlay Park- Marlay Parks Depot, Marlay Park- Main Car Park, Marlay Park (Grange Road)- Marlay Playground, Marlay Park- Cabinteely Park- Cabinteely House- Cabinteely Depot (Staff toilets)- Cabinteely Childrens Playground- The Oratory, Library Road, Dun LaoghaireThe general duties required for each toilet are as follows:1. Open toilet at specified time each day.2. Provide the specified number of services per day.3. Close and lock up at the specified closing time each day.4. Provide all equipment and supplies required to maintain the toilets at an acceptable level.
