Tender description

The Minister for Finance has delegated a number of banking functions to the National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA). The NTMA has appointed legal advisors to assist in the performance of its delegated functions. This call for competition to tenderers involved the appointment of a panel of legal advisors to a framework to provide specific legal services and the appointment of a single legal advisor to provide general legal services on an ad hoc basis.
