Tender description
Improvement and Maintenance work to houses for Monaghan Local Authorities and small housing construction contracts. Improvement work may include work for all trades, improving insulation and other measures to improve Building Energy Ratings of houses and installation of vents and kitchens and other work by all trades to achieve Compliance with Private Rented Standards. Small housing construction contracts may include the construction of three houses and may include the construction of extensions to a small number of houses and other small items of work. All of the work depends on money being available, which has not been confirmed yet.
