This contract has been awarded.RPA are seeking to appoint a contractor to carry out various transport modelling and traffic management tasks as they arise in relation to existing and future Luas and Metro lines including but not limited to:- auditing / assessment of tenderer's traffic modelling proposals;- auditing / sign-off of updated traffic management plans to be undertaken by the Metro North Contractor;- auditing and sign-off of RPA contractors' traffic modelling proposals/assessments;- providing general transport modelling support to RPA as and when required;The appointed consultant must be proficient in the use of:- SATURN / TRIPS / Voyager software and be familiar with the NTA GDA Model;- micro traffic assessment packages including - Vissim / Transyt / Oscady / Arcady / Picady and S-Paramics;The intention is to have a contract in place which would allow for periodic call-offs.Interested candidates shall complete the Electronic Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (ePQQ).In filling out "Section 4 Reference Projects"of the ePQQ, candidates should demonstrate relevant experience in carrying out projects of a simlar scope to the above contract description.In filling out "Section 8 Resources" of the ePQQ, Candidiates should demonstrate relevant knowledge and expertise in traffic modelling and traffic management as described above.
