Provision of Media Monitoring Services to Shannon Development

A media monitoring service in electronic format is required for selected Irish national and regional papers, selected Irish national TV and radio stations and for selected regional radio stations. The overall requirement is the provision of a prompt, accurate and comprehensive media monitoring service.Areas on which press cuttings are required.Press cuttings will be required on all aspects relating to the day to day operation of Shannon Development. Key words will be agreed with the selected provider. Based on a twelve month period, cuttings relevant to Shannon Development each week average in the region of 125.Coverage on specific issues which may not directly relate to Shannon Development will also be requested from time to time.Media to be monitored -Attached in appendix 2 is an indicative list of the media and topics to be monitored. This list can change/evolve over time as circumstances change.Format of monitoring -Monitor content on TV and radio stations and alert Shannon Development to the interest and content and upon request supply transcript or audit/video clipping. Full transcript of clipping and image of actual clipping as it appears, ideally in colour.Shannon Development is also interested on proposals on monitoring of new social media networks.
