Tender description
This contract involves compliance auditing requirements in relation to the Bus Éireann Customer Charter. The audit will cover 8 areas of Ireland. There will be a combination of customer interviews, observations and mystery shopping carried out on a quarterly basis. The findings will be reported quarterly to Bus Éireann throughout the duration of the contract. The contract will be for 1 year. Bus Éireann reserves the right to extend this Contract for a further 12 or 24 months.
