Tender description
Suffolk County Council (SCC) wishes to procure an Intelligent Lighting System (ILS) with a preference for a web based system, such as a thin-client approach which should ideally require just web browsers on users’ Personal Computers. Such a system will allow SCC to meet the Ni185/ LAA2 target, the Council needs to develop and implement measures promising CO2 reductions in the order of 10,500 tonnes by 31st March 2012
