Training Consolidation

Tender description

West Sussex County Council is tendering for a business partner to identify and deliver efficiencies and improve effectiveness in the County Councils internal Training Units. We anticipate the work being completed in three phases: Phase 1: Focussed initial piece of investigation (a maximum of 4 weeks) by the Contractor to identify the savings and produce a delivery plan within 10 months. Phase 2: Consideration of the Delivery Plan by the Council, negotiation to ensure clarify and approval of Plan by the Council (a maximum of 4 weeks). Phase 3: Partner assumes operational responsibility for the Units to ensure savings identified in the Delivery Plan are achieved whilst maintaining the delivery of Business as usual by the Units (a maximum of 10 months).
