Tender description

The Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking expressions of interest for Suppliers to provide Internal (on-site at Chester) and External (off-site) Surgical Services. The Trust anticipates awarding a framework to several suppliers to provide it with an ad-hoc service which can help assist it with patients on an 18 week pathway. Specialities required maybe in the following areas; General Surgery Trauma and Orthopaedics ENT Plastics Ophthalmology Urology Pain OMFU Orthodontics Precise quantities are unknown and will also depend on the number of suppliers appointed but the Trusts average annual requirement for External Surgical Services in recent years has been in excess of £280,000 per annum. Internal Surgical Services in recent years has been in excess of £90,000 per annum. Expressions of Interest must be made through the Bravo Solutions portal, where access to the first round PQQ will be granted. www.nhssourcing.co.uk Logging of appeals The Trust will incorporate a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period when the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. This period allows unsuccessful tenderers to seek further debriefing from the contracting authority before the contract is entered into.
